Refund policy

Refund & cancellation:

At Autobeam, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. We source the products from our vetted supplier around the world. Therefore, a few of the product types may have distinct return policies. Generally, the return policy is 30 days after the order has been delivered. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it along with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  1. Projection Disclaimer

    • The projection design/logo may differ slightly from the images shown on the product page.

    • Projection variations are not considered a defect and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  2. Refund & Replacement Policy

    • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    • Replacements are only provided if:
      ✅ The product is not working on arrival
      ✅ The product is damaged during delivery

    • Proof (photo/video) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery to claim replacement.

  3. Customer Responsibility

    • Please check compatibility with your car model before ordering.

    • Incorrect purchases are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  4. Warranty

    • Replacement warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or non-functionality.

    • Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, installation damage, or projection design differences.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received the return item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
